How old do I have to be to rent?

Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued driver's license. E-bike riders must be at least 16, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign the waiver. Passengers of any age are welcome as long as every seat has a seat belt.

Are helmets required?

Florida law requires helmets for moped riders under 21, and we provide clean, sanitized helmets in every size at no extra charge for all moped and e-bike riders. We strongly recommend everyone wear one, regardless of age.

Is insurance included, and do you take a deposit?

Basic liability coverage is included with every rental. We place a refundable $250 hold on the card at check-in ($500 for six-seat carts), released within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned undamaged and with the same charge level.

What is your cancellation policy for golf carts?

Cancel 48+ hours before delivery for a 100% refund. Between 24 and 48 hours you get a full future-rental credit or a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Inside 24 hours we refund 50%, with the balance available as a 30-day credit. Once the cart is delivered the rental is non-refundable, including early returns. If the National Weather Service issues a tropical storm, hurricane or flood warning for Pinellas County during your rental window, you get a 100% refund or a free date change — no deadline.
