Golf cart bookings

Cancellation & refund policy

These terms apply to all six-seater golf cart rentals, hourly and multi-day. Refund deadlines are based on your scheduled delivery time, Eastern Time.

48+ hours before delivery: Cancel or reschedule for any reason and receive a 100% refund of everything paid. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
24–48 hours before delivery: Full credit toward a future rental within 12 months, or a 100% refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Less than 24 hours before delivery: 50% of the rental total is refunded. The remaining 50% may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled booking within 30 days, subject to availability.
No-show or after delivery: Once the cart has been delivered, the rental is non-refundable, including unused hours or days from an early return.
Severe weather: If the National Weather Service issues a tropical storm, hurricane or flood warning for Pinellas County covering your rental window, you receive a 100% refund or a free date change — no deadline, no questions asked. Ordinary rain does not qualify.
Our cancellation: If we cannot deliver your cart for any reason, you receive a 100% refund in full, or a comparable replacement vehicle at no extra cost.

Cancellations must be made by phone at (727) 922-9295 or by email — a voicemail or email timestamp counts as your cancellation time.
Hourly rentals booked by phone follow the same deadlines, measured from the start of your reserved hour block.
Date changes are free when made 48+ hours ahead and are subject to cart availability; rate differences between seasons or durations still apply.
Security deposit holds are released within 3–5 business days after the cart is returned undamaged.
